Refund policy

No refunds

All payments for Rankpin are final. We do not give refunds.

The full report for one Google listing costs ₹499, paid once. It opens the moment you pay, so there is nothing to send back. This applies whatever the reason, including a change of mind, a listing whose position does not improve, or a report you did not use during its 30 days. The report tells you what to fix; it does not promise a result.

Before you pay

The first check is free and needs no payment details. It shows your score, your competitors and your first fix in full, so you can see what the tool does before deciding.

If you paid and the report did not open

Write to hello@reelengine.in within 7 days with your payment reference. We will open the report for your listing. This is how we put it right; it is not a refund.

If a payment failed but money left your account

When a payment does not go through, the amount is normally returned to you automatically by your bank and Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. That is handled by them, not by us. If it has not come back after that, write to us with the payment reference and we will help you follow it up.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: it is a single payment with no renewal. The unlock simply ends after 30 days.
