What We Collect

When you send the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone number and your message. You don’t need an account, and we don’t collect anything else about you through this site.

How We Use It

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the project. We don’t sell your details, pass them on for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Where It Goes

• The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, so your message passes through their servers on the way.
• Our email and this website are hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.
• The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens.
• Usage data collected by Microsoft Clarity is stored by Microsoft.
• “Book a call” opens Calendly, and the social links open Instagram and Facebook. What you share there is covered by their own policies.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used: which pages are opened, where people click and how far they scroll. It sets cookies and records visits as anonymous sessions, and what you type into the form is masked in those recordings. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of our dealings with you. Ask us and we’ll delete yours.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email hello@reelengine.in and we’ll sort it out.
