Eight years behind an edit timeline before he touched a prompt. Trained in Animation and VFX, Aftab spent years as a content strategist in personal branding. ReelEngine exists because he kept seeing brands pay too much, and wait too long, for work AI can now do properly. He runs the AI side of the studio.

Fourteen years on the other side of the brief before he started building. Vasudev came up through on-ground launches and brand campaigns, spent five years marketing a rentals platform, and now runs marketing at a fintech. He joined ReelEngine after years of signing off quotes for work that took six weeks and looked like everyone else’s, and runs strategy and brand.

You start with one paid pilot: a single deliverable, built to full quality, for your own business. If it isn’t good enough, you stop there. You’ve paid for one piece of work, not a retainer.
It depends on what’s being built and how much of it. After the scoping call we quote the pilot, and we tell you the running costs as well, such as AI usage and software subscriptions, so nothing turns up later.
You do. Once the work is paid for, the code, automations and final files are yours, and they run in accounts you control wherever that’s possible.
An agent only gets access to the systems it needs for its job. We use business-grade AI services that don’t train their models on your data, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.
It will sometimes, so we build for that. Agents answer from your own documents and records, hand over to a person when they aren’t sure, and need approval for anything risky, such as refunds or pricing. We test on real past cases before anything goes live.
No. It takes the repetitive work: first replies, follow-ups, data entry, first drafts. Your people keep the decisions and the conversations that need a person.
Usually, yes. We connect to WhatsApp, email, your CRM, helpdesk and spreadsheets rather than asking you to move to something new. If a tool has no way in, we’ll tell you on the scoping call.
Judge it yourself: the brand film samples on this page are AI-made. Every film goes through a human edit, and we keep the product, logo and colours consistent from shot to shot. The films are made for commercial use. Some platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, may add an AI label to ads.
No. Content is one of four pillars, alongside AI agents and automation, digital products, and custom IP. If a film is all you need, we’ll make the film.
Most projects start within two weeks, and briefs often reach first cuts in days.
